Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery to Australia: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping cost: Free tracked shipping on all orders over AUD 50. A flat rate of AUD 4.99 applies to orders under AUD 50.

Where do we ship from? NESTLY™ partners with international fulfilment centres to bring you the best quality at the best price. All orders are shipped directly to your door in Australia.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us at [seu email] and we'll investigate immediately. We'll either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Public holidays: Orders are not processed on Australian public holidays. This may add 1–2 business days to your order.
